About Will Quince

Will, his wife and two young daughters live in Lexden, Colchester. Will worked in business and practised as a solicitor in Colchester before first being elected as Member of Parliament in 2015 and subsequently re-elected in 2017. Will has also been a local charity trustee, school governor and also served as a councillor on Colchester Borough Council.

Since first being elected in 2015, and re-elected in 2017, Will has got stuck in representing Colchester in Parliament. Will regularly takes parts in debates, calls for debates on issues he is passionate about and affect Colchester and asks questions of Ministers and Cabinet Members. 

Since first being elected in 2015, Will has secured an additional £2 million for the upkeep of war graves, £15 million for women's health charities and has set up a cross party group working with the Government to half the stillbirth and neo-natal death rate.  Will has sat on the Home Affairs Select Committee, the Transport Select Committee and the Commons Reference Group on Representation and Inclusion and is currently the Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Work and Pensions).
